Four attitudes for four kinds of people, and together they cover almost everyone you'll meet today. Be friendly toward those who are happy, instead of envious. Be compassionate toward those who suffer, instead of avoiding them. Be glad for those who do good, instead of competing. And for those who do harm, keep calm, rather than letting them live in your head. The reward is your own clear mind.
