yogatime ("we", "us", or "our") operates yogatime.io. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. yogatime is a trading name operated in Sweden. Contact: info@yogatime.io. Information we collect We collect information you provide when creating an account, booking sessions, subscribing to the letters, or contacting us, including your name, email address, and usage data. The letters If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send you the letters and a weekly First Light roundup. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them straight away. First Light To time First Light to your sunrise, we estimate your city from your connection, or use the city you choose. The city you choose is remembered in a cookie on your device. We don't store your location. Elements Your answers to the Elements test stay on your device; we don't receive them. If you create or join a group, we store the first name you give and your result, and everyone with the group link can see them. If you add an email to hear when someone joins, we keep it only for those notes and never show it to others. If you ask us to email your result, we send it once; we keep only a one-way fingerprint of the address (not the address) for a day, so the same address can't be sent more than a few. We also keep anonymous counts of how the test is used (such as the result type, where visitors came from and their country), with no names or email addresses. Analytics We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. How we use your information We use your information to provide and improve our services, process bookings, send transactional emails, and communicate with you about your account. Data sharing We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform, for data storage, email delivery, video sessions, and payment processing. Practitioner data sharing When you book a session, your practitioner sees your name, email and any notes you add to the booking. Notes your practitioner writes after a session are visible only to you and them.
